I'd
like to express my appreciation of the outstanding service
my group received from both Luci and Joanna on our recent
golf trip to Pinehurst.Three items in particular stand
out.
- When
seeking quotes from various agencies Luci was the
only person who took the time to tell us about course
aeration. This allowed us to avoid playing a course
that would have been aerated the day before and to
avoid some major aggravation as well.
- When
we realized a few days before we left for Pinehurst
that our vouchers had not yet arrived Luci quickly
corrected this mistake by making sure that everything
was in order and went smoothly when we got to Pinehurst.
- When
heavy rains forced a delayed opening at Woodlake Joanna
went out of her way to let us know. When we sought
her assistance she took time out of her off-hours
to return to the office and secure us a tee time elsewhere.
This type of service may or may not be common where
you folks live but believe me, here in the Washington-Baltimore
area it is extremely rare and greatly appreciated.

I have been to Pinehurst before, 9 of the 12 never have.
We usually go to Myrtle Beach. The accomodations were
much better and everyone enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere
of the area...I am telling everyone about your company.

our annual 'Pinehurst' golf week. Really enjoyed the accomodations
(Lake View Condos) and breakfast at The Track restaurant.
The great staff at 'Tin Cup' always is a pleasure to work

a wonderful time. The weather was perfect, the courses
terrific, and there were no headaches associated with
any of the itinerary. I would recommend Tin Cup to anyone
who is planning a trip to that part of the Country. The
only thing that would have made the trip even better,
is if we had taken more time to stay and play a few more
courses. |
