Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club Pine Needles plays today with most every tee, green, fairway contour and obstacle existing as it did nearly seven decades ago. Opened in 1928, Pine Needles is classic, old-style golf at its finest. It was also the home of the 2001 Women's US Open.
